Discover the cosiest wine bar in Weert: Wine Bar by Munten. Located in the heart of the city, our wine bar offers an atmospheric place to enjoy a wide range of wines and delicious bites daily from 12:00.
With over 30 wines by the glass and a selection of over 200 wines on the menu, composed by our oenologist, there is something for every wine lover. Combine your favorite wine with one of our tasty bites or snack platters that are perfect for sharing.
Our wine bar is the ideal location for a cozy drink or a relaxing evening out. When the weather is nice, you can also enjoy your wine and bites in our green city garden, an oasis of peace in the middle of Weert.
Wines & Food - The perfect combination
Every month we organize a wine and food evening in our wine bar. During these evenings a different theme is central every month — from surprising wine countries to specific grape varieties or seasonal flavors. In a relaxed atmosphere you will learn more about wine, discover new flavors and enjoy the hospitality that Hostellerie Munten is known for.
Our sommerlier carefully selects a range of special wines, which are perfectly combined with matching bites from our own kitchen. Think of refined small dishes that enhance and balance the flavours of the wines.

Our vinotheque is an above-ground wine cellar where more than 200 wines are stored under ideal conditions. Directly adjacent to our atmospheric wine bar, this vinotheque forms the heart of our wine experience.
In the vinotheque you will find a carefully composed collection of wines from both the region and international wine regions. Think of Limburg wines from Wijngoed Thorn, De Apostelhoeve and Wijnkasteel Genoels-Elderen. In addition, there are also characterful wines from France, Italy, Argentina, Australia and California. Each bottle is stored under a perfect climate to optimally preserve the quality and taste.
Guests can select a wine themselves to enjoy in the wine bar, during dinner in our restaurant or even in their hotel room via room service. In addition, it is possible to take your favourite wine home with you at an attractive take-away price – ideal as a gift or to enjoy at home after your visit.
